Privacy, consent and deletion
Partner inputs stay private
When two people are writing toward the same day, each person gets their own private link. One partner cannot read the other's answers, drafts or voice sample — not in the app, and not in any email we send.
Voice samples are opt-in
A voice sample is never required. If you record one, you tick an explicit consent box first, it is used only to personalise your own speech, and it is never used to train anything shared with other customers.
Least-privilege access
Your intake, drafts and recordings are readable only by your own account. Administrative access is limited to the order and payment record needed to resolve a billing dispute — not the private content of your speech.
Payments
Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted payment surface. ToastGiver never receives, sees or stores full card data. We retain payment reference identifiers only, so that a legitimate order can be evidenced if a dispute is raised.
Language and region
You tell us how you speak. We never infer dialect, formality or slang from a name, a surname or a country.
Request deletion
Tell us what to delete — a voice sample, an intake, or everything. We confirm by email. You can also write directly to info@toastgiver.com.
